We are recruiting for a part-time office administrator. The ideal candidate should be a highly motivated team player willing to join our successful team.

The role will suit someone with previous administrative experience who is looking for an opportunity to work 3 days per week. The hours are 8.30am to 5.00pm and the successful applicant will also be required to work full-time to cover holiday leave.

This is an administrative focused role. Suitable applicants will possess previous administration experience within a professional office. We are looking for candidates who possess excellent typing skills and attention to detail. The role will involve front of house reception, answering all incoming calls to the office, taking and relaying messages, meeting and greeting clients or visitors, arranging meetings and electronic diary management on behalf of the directors and any other duties as required by management.
